At nordicArtists.com you can, as a consumer, buy original art pieces from Nordic artists.
By shopping at www.nordicartists.com you accept our Terms and Conditions.
nordicArtists.com offers a platform where artists and consumers can trade. It’s up to the artist to send the product to the consumer. nordicArtists.com conveys the responsibility towards the buyer until the right of return expires.
Art pieces are ordered online via www.nordicartists.com. When ordering, provide your name, address, e-mail address and other wishes from you to the artist, if you have any.
When you have placed your order, you’ll receive a receipt via e-mail. Please keep this, in case you’ll need it later.
The sale of the art piece will only go through when nordicArtists.com I/S have successfully registered the payment. If the payment doesn’t go through the first time (for instance because the provided account doesn’t exist, isn’t covered, the credit card number is incorrect or the card has reached its credit limit), the purchase can’t be registered.
Some of our products are unique specimens, which in some cases can elongate the delivery time more than first expected. Our artists strive to deliver as fast as possible. We try our best to have the goods sent within 5 days from ordering. The maximum delivery time at nordicArtists.com is 30 days.
All indicated prices are suggested retail prices including VAT and shipping. We take certain reservations towards printing errors, currency and price fluctuations plus technical errors
VAT and Tariffs
The sales on this website are focused in Denmark, with VAT of 5% up to 25 %. If non-EU sellers deliver to Denmark, tariffs and import surcharges can be required.
You should pay attention to the fact that any possible tariffs and import surcharges shall be paid when the product is delivered.
We accept payments using: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
You don’t pay any credit card fees at nordicArtists.com
We encrypt you credit card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology (an international security standard). You credit card number can’t be read by any intruders during the transaction.
For companies that want further documentation than just a receipt, it’s also possible to ask for at traditional invoice. Please contact us if you want this.
Of course we respect it if you’re not happy with your purchase. That’s why we provide you with a 2 week right of cancellation. The product should be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. There shouldn’t be any sign of damaged caused by yourself.
Process in Case of Returns
If you have a product which you want to return, please contact us at info@nordicArtists.com
When we have received your returned goods, we will send you an e-mail, informing you about where the product should be sent to – not that you carry the shipping costs, and the responsibility is yours during this period of time.
Please note that since many of our art pieces are handcrafted, they won’t necessarily be in stock, and we can’t guarantee for the time of delivery. We investigate when the artist is able to deliver, and send the product as soon as possible. You can also chose another product from the same artist, to receive your art pieces faster.
In the rare case that we won’t be able to deliver a similar product, we will compensate by lowering the price of the product. The compensation can’t exceed the paid price excluding shipping.
We hope you understand that we are dealing with handcrafted goods. Because of this, the product might not look completely like the images on this page. Sometimes this can be due to the colour corrections of your computer screen or the image quality.

Limitation of Liability and Provisos
nordicArtists.com I/S take certain reservations towards any printing errors at www.nordicartists.com.
nordicArtists.com I/S exempts any responsibility towards the art pieces delivered by the artists. The art piece, which your purchase makes you the owner of, is delivered by the individual artist.
nordicArtists.com I/S is not obligated to pay damages for any loss you might suffer: damage during transportation; bankruptcy of the artist or shutdown/decease or other circumstances, that affects the art piece which your purchase concerns.
We strive towards nordicArtists.com being available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that the website at any time will be fully functional and flawless. nordicArtists.com I/S cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to use of nordicArtists.com, such as damage to your computer system or loss of data.
You are responsible for the technical equipment and the software that is required to be able to use the website, such as access to the internet, a browser, an e-mail and so on.
Likewise, we renounce any responsibility towards any loss due to a user using our service without following the technical demands and additional guides

For this reason, the responsible towards the content not violation any rights or laws is placed with the user or the third party in question. nordicArtists.com reserve the right to remove publications, which violate the laws in force or oppose to good marketing practice.
nordicArtists.com I/S is responsible for collecting and handling data. There are only a limited amount of workers who have access to you data. If you wish to access the information which nordicArtists.com has registered about you, you can make an application to nordicArtists.com at: info@nordicArtists.com.
Has incorrect data been registered or do you have other objections, you can make an application to the same e-mail. You will always be able to gain insight on what information we have registered about you, and you can make an objection towards registration according to the personal data protection act.

Choice of Law and Disputes
Purchases via nordicArtists.com, which are attached to the terms and conditions stated above, is subject to Danish law. By using the website you recognise that any dispute between yourself and nordicArtists.com I/S, concerning the terms above, shall be settled by Danish court.
